1. Fishing Charters Refund Policy
- Cancellations 48+ hours before departure: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure: Non-refundable.
- No-shows: No refund will be issued.
- Weather-related cancellations: If the captain cancels a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Hotel Booking Refund Policy
- Cancellations before the hotel’s cancellation deadline: Eligible for a refund as per the hotel’s policy.
- Cancellations after the deadline: Refund amount depends on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Early check-out or no-show: Refund eligibility is subject to the hotel’s terms.
- Special discount bookings (e.g., 10% off for hotel + fishing package): Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any service charges or non-refundable fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Fishing Charters: Can be rescheduled (subject to availability) at no extra charge if requested 48+ hours in advance.
- Hotel Bookings: Modifications are subject to the hotel’s policy.
