• These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings for fishing charters and hotel accommodations made through our platform.
• By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website and are subject to availability.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service provider’s policy.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fishing Charters:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
• Trips canceled due to bad weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Hotel Bookings:

• Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please review the hotel’s specific policy before booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel’s terms.
• Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund of 20% minus the cost of the first night and service charge.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Arriving late for a fishing charter may result in forfeiting your trip without a refund.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the crew and hotel staff.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

• CaribbeanSea.Fishing acts as a booking platform and is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during your fishing trip or hotel stay.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances.

 

6. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for service cancellations or delays due to unforeseen events, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
